Edition 39: One Word Is Enough
Your vision board is a living conversation.
This week, I want to invite you to slow the moment down.
To step back from your vision board and simply be with it again.
Not to add.
Not to refine.
Not to turn it into a plan.
Just to notice what quietly holds your attention now.
When you created your vision board, you let intuition lead before strategy arrived.
That mattered.
This week is about honouring that same wisdom by choosing one word to guide how you move through the year ahead.
Not a goal.
Not a resolution.
Just a word.
A word that helps you decide where to place your energy.
A word that steadies you when choices compete.
A word that gently filters what you say yes — and no — to.
Take a few minutes with your board and ask yourself:
What quality of living is calling me forward this year?
When a word begins to surface, write it down.
Then sit with it.
Why does this word matter to you now?
What might it protect?
What might it invite?
What might it quietly ask you to let go of?
That’s it for this week.
No need to plan the whole year.
No need to map every season.
No need to get it “right.”
One word is enough.
And if you notice an urge to rush ahead — to fill out the rest of the guide all at once — let that be information, not instruction.
The full 4-week companion document is attached for you when the time is right.
There’s no prize for finishing early.
We’ll take this one layer at a time.
Stay lit,
Mary
