Edition 37: Staying True to the Vision You Chose

Happy New Year, and welcome to 2026 🌿

As the calendar turns, there’s often a rush to add more — more goals, more plans, more pressure.

This week, I want to gently invite something different.

The quiet work of staying true

If you created a vision board, recently or in the past, this is your reminder:

The real work isn’t creating the vision. It’s staying true to it.

Staying true looks quieter than we imagine:

  • Choosing alignment over applause

  • Making decisions that feel calm rather than impressive

  • Saying no without over-explaining

  • Returning to what matters when life gets loud again

A vision board isn’t meant to rush you forward. It’s meant to anchor you.

When the year speeds up (and it will)

There will be moments in 2026 when:

  • old habits tug at you

  • urgency creeps back in

  • you wonder if your vision was “too soft” or “not ambitious enough”

That’s often the moment to pause — not pivot.

Ask yourself:

  • Does this choice move me closer to the life I said I wanted?

  • Does this protect my energy or drain it?

  • Am I reacting… or responding from my values?

Staying lit isn’t about intensity. It’s about direction.

A gentle invitation 🌱

The fee is AUD50 per person for past attendees of Vision Board Workshop with me, and AUD100 per person for new attendees.

This session isn’t about manifesting harder. It’s about:

  • reconnecting with what matters now

  • naming what you’re ready to leave behind

  • creating a visual anchor you can return to all year

If you know someone who would benefit from starting the year with clarity rather than chaos, please share this with them. Sometimes the greatest gift is an invitation.

As you step into this new year, remember:

You don’t need to chase your vision. You need to live in alignment with it.

Here’s to a 2026 where your fire fuels you — not consumes you.

Stay lit, Mary ✨
